To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
The App offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription.
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Cali and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By uploading food photos to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You retain ownership of your content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cali, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cali operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
